			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do you master &#8220;Success&#8221;?? There&#8217;s an age old question if I ever heard it before&#8230;   But, seriously, there are ways.   It starts with Time.   Don&#8217;t try to be pushy, thinking you can get there right away, and 2), it all about perspective.   One person might think &#8220;Success&#8221; is waking up in the morning, and another may think &#8220;Success&#8221; is swimming in a pool with Millions of dollars in it.  </p>
<p>So, on that note, don&#8217;t think of &#8220;success&#8221; as a destination per se, but more of a journey.  </p>
<p>Okay, so pick an area of your life&#8230;   Choose from these options:</p>
<ul>
<li>Personal</li>
<li>Professional (Career/Business)</li>
<li>Health</li>
<li>Relationships (Professional/Personal/Family)</li>
<li>Service to Others</li>
<li>Financial</li>
<li>Spiritual</li>
</ul>
<p>In actuality, you could probably make up more, but for the sake of this example, just use this list.   It&#8217;s about as broad as you can get without getting too deep.</p>
<p>Most people would like to have success in each of these areas, but at the same time, view &#8220;success&#8221; as only money or career based options.   When you focus on only money and career based options, you will let other areas of your life go to the hounds.  Such as your family, your health, your spiritual life&#8230;  </p>
<p>This creates an unbalance in life, and the unbalance can cause stress.   If you are stressed out over money and finances, and you worry about your family, you aren&#8217;t really &#8220;successful&#8221;</p>
<p>In workshops past, I have described &#8216;success&#8217; as being &#8220;a genuine balance of achievement in all areas of your life that are important to you&#8221;&#8230;  I&#8217;ve also described it as being, &#8220;a gradual and ever continuing sense of achievement in all areas of life&#8221;&#8230;</p>
<p>Choose your poison, whichever one suits you best&#8230;  OR, come up with your own definition.   Either way, don&#8217;t let anything stand between you and your happiness.   When it comes down to it, its really just how happy you are in life, and how content you are with the people and relationships you have&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="size-full wp-image-118 alignleft" title="burning desire coaching" src="http://roadmapworkshops.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/Fire-and-Desire-350pix.jpg" alt="burning desire coaching" width="350" height="230" /></p>
<p><strong><em>A large number of folks</em></strong> have something they passionately want. Their burning desire fuels their reason for personal development and achievement. They are labeled as productive. Those who spend their time hoping for something which will not happen end up with discouragement and melancholy. Obviously, it is far better to nurture a dream into a burning desire than it is to merely wait for the dream to happen.</p>
<p>To never endeavor to obtain a burning desire is a misfortune. This lack of motivation leaves an individual feeling bereft of a purpose. A burning desire can have any kind of goal. It could possibly be a wish for a better occupation, desiring a family or for a life mate. It could even be a need to be great at a certain skill, or to finally have financial freedom.</p>
<p>Problems such as these can from time to time seem unrealistic and make a person feel as if they have already failed, even before they&#8217;ve attempted to attain them. That is why a burning desire needs to have goals. Turning a burning desire into actuality must start with personal goal setting. Without knowledgable goal setting, a burning desire is merely a dream deferred.</p>
<p><strong>How to Set Goals and objectives</strong></p>
<p>To develop a burning desire into actuality, the goal needs to be clearly articulated. One&#8217;s burning desire often directly relates to their life goals and objectives. It may help a great deal to sit down and actually jot down the goals and objectives of your burning desire. This can be the first step in personal development.</p>
<p>Goal setting is just not as quick for some men and women as it might appear. This is why there&#8217;s plenty of resources to teach individuals how to set goals and objectives. There is even goal setting software in the marketplace to aid in this progression. One may be able to read books that practice goal setting routines.</p>
<p><strong>Accomplishing the Burning Desire To Achieve Goals</strong></p>
<p>With the goals and objectives of a burning desire defined, it is easier to establish how to obtain those objectives. Developing a burning desire is the highest possible type of personal development.</p>
<p>When any person is obsessed with the goals and objectives they are striving to reach they are more content. And they are more likely to achieve their objectives just because they are more content.</p>
<p>After objectives are identified, a close and honest look has to be taken at the present-day situation. This can be the beginning point. Now what steps must any person take to foster those objectives. Conceivably you need to compare yourself to somebody who has accomplished similar objectives.</p>
<ul>
<li><em>What steps did they take to achieve their success?</em></li>
<li><em>What starting parameters are different?</em></li>
<li><em>What needs to be done to prevail over those hurdles?</em></li>
<li><em>What has to change to enable the dream to materialize?</em></li>
<li><em>What factors restrict it?</em></li>
<li><em>Is there an alternate goal that is more suited to current abilities, age, finances, and talents that appears more achievable?</em></li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Frustrated by daily encounter, an individual will complain, &ldquo;Ugh, I walked into the room, and then I could not retain in mind why I went in there.&nbsp; I desire I had a better memory,&rdquo; or he will lament, &ldquo;I read the memo 5 minutes ago, and now I cannot remember a word it stated.&nbsp; If only I had <a href="http://howtodevelopaphotographicmemory.com/" target="_blank">photographic memory</a>.&rdquo;</p>
<p>According to Dr. Bruce Keitel, Director of Sophisticated Industrial Research, &ldquo;If a person could produce a photographic storage, he or she would discover it would become more curse than a blessing, a excellent deal like Christmas every day-just way as well much of the great thing.&rdquo;&nbsp; Keitel explains that memory&rsquo;s selectivity protects our brains and systems against sensory, perceptual, and factual overload.&nbsp; &ldquo;If the brain actually registered the millions of stimuli it experiences each and every second, it would crash and burn.&nbsp; Selection serves the purposes of sanity, survival, and overall performance,&rdquo; Keitel says.</p>
<p>Acknowledging, however, that <a href="http://howtodevelopaphotographicmemory.com/difference-between-a-photographic-memory-and-a-sharp-memory.htm" target="_blank">sharp memory</a> develops with continual exercise, Dr. Keitel suggests three methods for enhancing your recall: &ldquo;See the picture, and truly feel the beat,&rdquo; Keitel recommends.</p>
<p>Visualization, the snapshot-When you see or read some thing you know you should remember, your brain rapidly selects and gathers one of the most essential info.&nbsp; Hence, we use boldface kind and bullet points on our documents; often, we add bright colors for the sake of attracting attention and enhancing an idea&rsquo;s effect.&nbsp; Color also can create emotional associations that promote a lot better recall.</p>
<p>Citing some typical examples, Keitel recommends you visualize the most important factors in info you need to remember: &ldquo;If you had to keep in mind that the capital of Michigan is Lansing, you would visualize the &lsquo;mitten&rsquo; or southern Michigan placing and lance via the upper peninsula, and you would repeat-aloud,&rdquo; he emphasizes aloud-&ldquo;Michigan is lancing.&rdquo;&nbsp; A mnemonic device require not make sense or adhere to the rules of logic and laws of probability; it merely must encode the information you want to retain in mind.</p>
<p>Association, mnemonics</p>
<p>&ldquo;Associative links also market simple recall,&rdquo; explains Keitel.&nbsp; &ldquo;Your brain naturally makes connections among associated details, and it sometimes will link info about wherever and how you discovered a lesson using the lesson itself.&rdquo;&nbsp; Keitel encourages students to imagine their teachers saying the info they must remember; he even encourages students and professionals to keep in mind what they were wearing when they first mastered info on which they will be challenged or tested.&nbsp; Once again citing an example, Keitel factors to his tie, saying, &ldquo;I wore this tie when I really first discovered the maxim &lsquo;always be closing&rsquo;-the really first rule of sales.&nbsp; When I see this tie, I think of &lsquo;always be closing&rsquo;, so that when I need a good sales day, I wear the tie, which reminds me from the maxim which tells me what to do.&rdquo;</p>
<p>Repetition, rhythmic recitation</p>
<p>Linking sight and sound for the sake of practice, you ought to attempt to capitalize about the rhythm inherent within the phrases you repeat, or you should look for rhymes and make the most of them.&nbsp; &ldquo;The rhyme assists you remember not to put &lsquo;I&rsquo; prior to &lsquo;E&rsquo; except following &lsquo;C&rsquo;,&rdquo; Keitel reminds; &ldquo;And the rhyme assists you keep in mind how numerous days each month consists of.&nbsp; Attempt to make your mnemonic devices rhythmic and rhyming,&rdquo; he stresses.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> If there is one thing common among all women or men&nbsp; &#8211; lets agree that everyone would want to lose couple pounds Some are successful in losing that extra poundage while others struggle The most important thing that results in some losing weight and others struggling to lose weight is their mind.There is a very simple answer. It is the way they think and take action every day. Simple right? No most things that are simple are not easy to do or be consistent at least for most of the people who are struggling to lose weight.</p>
<p>I am going to discuss just a few tips that will help you jump start your mind towards the new you with couple of pounds lighter.</p>
<p><strong> First</strong> of all if you have been struggling for a long time with you weight, change the way you think. Most of the time you will be starting a exercise regimen or an diet with a end result in your mind, which is, &#8220;This is going to be hard&#8221; or &#8220;I don&#8217;t think I am going to lose weight&#8221;. So hence the result.</p>
<p><strong> Second</strong>, Thinking too much. I used to do that &#8211; think too much about getting up early in the morning, doing my cardio for thirty long minutes. Forget it &#8211; I slept in as the process was hard and long and its something that I did not enjoy. So do not think too much about exercising. Do you think about the whole process of brushing your teeth, taking a shower? No. So let exercising be in the category of brushing, showering, eating etc. When you wake up in the morning just start exercising. After about 20 days it will become a second nature.</p>
<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong> Third</strong>,have a vision of yourself. Don&#8217;t lose weight for anybody but for yourself.</p>
<p><strong> Fourth</strong>,always have a comfortable sports bra. I prefer the <a href="http://paddedsportsbrastore.com/" target="_blank">padded sports bra</a> when I work out in the gym to prevent see through when I sweat. Sports bra comes in all sizes, type and color. If you think you blessed in you upper body then try getting a <a href="http://plussizesportsbrastore.com/" target="_blank">plus size sports bra</a> to work out in the gym. For women comfort when working out plays a good role in motivation.</p>
<p> Also remember that on the days that you work out you will notice yourself making a conscious effort to eat healthy. Success in anything start in your mind. So follow these gour simple suggestions and get yourself on the road to the better and the sexier you.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Sam Crowley thought he was following the &#8220;American Dream.&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>An ex-stuttering college dropout, Sam worked his way up to a corner office at a Fortune 100 company.</p>
<p>With a six-figure salary and all the perks, he was supposed to be content&#8230; but he was <em>secretly MISERABLE.</em></p>
<p>Sam <strong>arrived home late every night</strong>, giving his best at work while his family got leftovers.</p>
<p>Like so many people in the corporate world, his <strong>American Dream had turned into a nightmare!</strong></p>
<p>One night, Sam&#8217;s daughter Madeline uttered 4 innocent words that stopped him in his tracks and changed the course of his family&#8217;s life forever&#8230;</p>
<p>Arriving home late (again), Sam went upstairs to find his 3 year-old daughter already in bed.</p>
<p><strong>She asked him, &#8220;Daddy, is tomorrow Saturday?&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Saturday was the only day Sam had time to spend with his family- the only day he could be a real father.</p>
<p>** <em>Every Day Is Saturday Is Born</em> **</p>
<p><strong>That night, Sam decided that someday soon, every day would be Saturday.</strong></p>
<p>He realized that his ultimate goal was to be a great father for his children.</p>
<p>Sam managed to quit his job and start his own business that allows hi the &#8220;Ultimate Saturday Lifestyle&#8221; as an international motivational speaker and business coach.</p>
<p><strong>In short order, Sam was able to&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>- Go from speaking for free to getting paid $25,000 per keynote address</p>
<p>- Quit his job and spend more time with his 3 young daughters</p>
<p>- Start a motivational podcast that is now downloaded by 30,000 loyal subscribers in over 100 countries around the world</p>
<p>- And much, much more all based on nothing but the power of his dream!</p>
<p><a href="https://friday.infusionsoft.com/go/dustin/kingmatt" target=_blank><img src="http://www.sixdaystosaturday.com/banners/SDTS_468x60_banner.jpg" border=0></a></p>
<p><em><strong>And it&#8217;s not just Sam who is making a massive transition- just look at what his students have accomplished:</strong></em></p>
<p>- Dustin Salisbury, a 24 year-old senior airman in the US Air Force, used Sam&#8217;s message to conquer fear and adversity while deployed in Iraq</p>
<p>- Brian McElroy produced his first documentary film and helped raise over $100,000 for charity with Sam&#8217;s guidance</p>
<p>- Dino Herbert was motivated by Sam to take action and truly live the life he wanted as a speaker, trainer, and author</p>
<p>** <em>Six Days To Saturday</em> **</p>
<p>While Sam was going through his own transition, and then started helping others reach their Saturday, he documented each step of the process.</p>
<p>He knew it would become an invaluable blueprint for anyone with a dream to make their own Saturday a reality.</p>
<p>The result is &#8220;Six Days To Saturday,&#8221; the first-ever audio series dedicated to helping you go from Monday to Saturday!</p>

I&#8217;m adding a new podcast feature to my websites&#8230;. everyday (or more like when I get a free chance), I am now recording a new and updated Pocast that has to do with personal development, or leadership, or maybe it&#8217;s just a review of some program out there, or my opinions on something&#8230; Who knows what you might learn&#8230;</p>
<p>Today, I spoke on Developing Human Relationships, a concept most well spoken by Brian Tracy (and hopefully he doesn&#8217;t feel the need to get me in trouble for talking about him, but technically, I am hooking him up with some publicity&#8230;</p>
<p>So, check this out when you get a chance, I&#8217;m sure you will hear something new and learn LOTS!</p>
<p><script type="text/javascript"><!--
var playerhost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://www.ezs3.com/secure/" : "http://www.ezs3.com/players/");
document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + playerhost + "mp3/kingmattj/3171F2E5-959A-7166-1E34F18312BF22F7.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));
